It is impossibly hard not to have the post-vacation blues, especially when you get back from a place like Kauai. The "garden island" was filled with gargantuan mountain formations, lush greenery, and red dirt covered canyons. Ocean waters ranged from emerald green to turquoise blue, there were black lava and white sand covered beaches and the food, well the food was what little crunchy radishes dream of.
