For all my Js out there, you may be getting very, very tired of having to replace your rustic and hearty multigrain health bread with matzoh. Here are a few of my favorite ways to style Passover's signature unleavened bread.
1. Put an egg on it. Layer your matzoh with avocado mash, lime juice, chili flakes, your favorite pasture-raised egg, and hemp seeds.
2. Left over sweet potatoes? Put that on your matzoh. Sweet potato, blue cheese, candied walnuts, and kale microgreens.
3. Who doesn't love hummus, especially on an unleavened cracker! Hummus with black olives, cucumber, and fresh dill.
4. The perfect combo of nut butter and banana made even better when topped with bee pollen, chia seeds, and a heavy dusting of cinnamon.
5. Who said you can only eat yogurt with a spoon? Slather thick greek or Icelandic yogurt over your matzoh and top with fresh fruit, walnuts, local honey, and ground flax seeds.
