2014 was a substantial year, peppered with highs and lows. It seems like it was just weeks ago that I was doubled over on an ice cold bathroom floor in Paris "coping" with food poisoning, and ringing in 2014. If that was an indicator of the challenges of 2014, then I guess I was forewarned.
On the personal front, we suffered a significant loss in our family that forced us all to understand the fragility of life and to take nothing for granted.
I married my best friend in the most crunchy radish fashion and had many, many tasty adventures that culminated in an epic trip to Patagonia.
On the Crunchy Radish front, I continue to be challenged, motivated, and inspired by my amazing clients who entrust me with helping them become the healthiest that they can be.
I have partnered with some amazing brands which help spread the message that eating healthfully does not have to be complicated or unyielding to deliciousness.
I am thrilled to continue my contributions to one of my most favorite websites and am excited to announce new partnerships in the coming year.
For the new year, I always like to set out new intentions of how I want to continue growing, evolving, and not only improving myself, but how best I can help others do the same. I try not to make the aspirations too grandiose and unattainable, but set measurable goals that continue to challenge and push me.
Now for the sappy talk. The closing of a year always makes me reflect on how grateful I am for the many wonderful people in my life who continue to support, encourage, and invigorate me and help build and develop Crunchy Radish. Thank you readers, whether this is the first time you have visited Crunchy Radish or you are an avid follower, I am so incredibly appreciative for your support and encouragement.
