Despite the strong urge to hibernate this weekend due to the wet and frigid weather, I rallied and spent the weekend bundled up and belly full- this is what my weekend tasted like....
Pre-Halloween merriment, I fueled up on a veggie bowl and greens and warmed up with a fresh ginger and lemon tea at Rose Bakery.
Post Sunday AM workout-I patrolled the greenmarket and picked up my absolute favorite two week old kimchi from my absolute favorite vendor for my probiotic fix.
Took a sunny, albeit chilly walk on the High Line
Had a #radishapproved market to table brunch at Foragers City Table
And meal prepped with this granola, white bean and escarole soup, and paprika rubbed roasted chicken over watermelon radishes, potatoes, onions, and lemon.
